Refund & Return Policy

1.  Quality issues:

If you find that the sneakers have quality issues after receiving them, please take a picture and send the picture to our customer service.  We will evaluate and make corresponding compensation.


① Broken or severely damaged shoes.


② The soles fall off.


③ The received style is different from the ordered style.


④The size is different from the size of the order (if it is the customer’s problem, it will not be returned, please confirm the shoe size again after payment.)


2.  Transport issues:

① If the shoes are damaged during transportation, please take a picture and send the picture to our customer service, we will evaluate and make corresponding compensation.

② Due to factors beyond the control of international transportation. We cannot guarantee delivery time. The post office and the shipping company have the same answer. The protection period is usually 60 days. The protection time is exceeded. We'll give you a full refund. Hope to get your understanding!

3.  Customs issues:

If your packages taken by customs, we will resend a new sneakers for you. (Note: we will only resend package once)


4.  We do not accept the return of any items used, damaged, engraved or altered by a third party.

5.  If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

However, if your order has has been sent, and it’s too late to cancel it.
